- Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or legal representative.

Expedited Processing Timeline
Valid takedown requests submitted with all required statutory information are reviewed promptly, and indexing references/external mirrors are typically disabled within 24 to 48 business hours.
3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe an indexing reference was mistakenly removed as a result of misidentification or clerical error, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing your contact information, the deleted URL, a statement consenting to legal jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In adherence to DMCA requirements, RpyHub enforces a repeat infringer policy that terminates the accounts of community members who repeatedly upload or post unauthorized copyright-protected material in user forums.
