About Korean & Guide
Casual, Visual Novel and Adventure each cover roughly two thirds of the 56 Korean entries, with 39, 38 and 36 titles respectively, and Simulation follows at 31. That mix points to story-led games with light management layers rather than anything built around reflexes. Only 7 titles carry the Action tag. Anyone who has played Sex Clinic 18+ will know the pattern, a detective-style premise with RPG and simulation tags layered over a visual novel frame. The sample games show the tone clearly, since most of them are adult stories about secrets, affairs and power games. All of them can be played in Korean.
Detectives, spies and a pizza round
The premises lean on familiar set-ups. MILF Express starts with a pizza delivery that goes wrong for a young man and his boss's wife, while MILF Sex House keeps to a single mansion and its domineering hostess. Both carry only the Indie tag, so the genre label tells you little about them.
A few titles aim wider. Agent Sherine: Dancing Fox follows a CIA operative infiltrating an oligarch's circle, which makes it more of a spy thriller with tense dilemmas. Leann sins centres on a photo model and carries six genre tags, from Adventure to Simulation. JASON, Coming of Age follows a 25-year-old who moves to a new city for a newspaper job.
The one outlier with a kingdom
Sovereign Tower is the sample that breaks from the rest. It is tagged Choices Matter, Story Rich and Hand-drawn, and its premise is about running a court of knights, sending them on quests and rewinding time when a decision goes badly. Strategy is the most common theme tag in the list, but only at 2 entries, so the theme data is thin and genre counts are the more reliable guide. Early Access shows up on 5 titles, which means a few of these games are still being built.
Desktop first, with phone options
Every game runs on Windows, as the Windows PC games archive would suggest. Linux covers 27 entries and macOS 26, so a little under half work on those systems. Android APK builds exist for 20 games. Anyone who wants to play on a phone can start from the Android APK games list, and the guide on how to install Ren'Py games covers setup and saves.
The list suits readers who want adult, character-driven stories in Korean and don't mind that the tags are loose. Those who prefer a different language can compare it with the English archive, which is far larger.
