About The Spooktacular Hospital: Resurrection
You take over a hospital where the patients and staff are bent to your will through various supernatural and psychological means. The Spooktacular Hospital: Resurrection is a visual novel built around transformation, domination, and corruption, with a cast of characters whose bodies and minds shift according to the player's choices and actions. The game mixes 3D renders with text-based sequences and plays out as a simulator where progress depends on pursuing specific characters and scenarios. Like Falling for Madison, it layers adult themes into a structured branching narrative, though the focus here is more firmly on control dynamics and bodily change.
The gameplay loop involves managing your influence over hospital residents through repeated encounters. Each character responds differently to your actions, unlocking new content as you build relationships and exert pressure. The pacing depends on how many characters you pursue simultaneously, since juggling multiple corruption tracks takes time.
This is a revived version of an older game, completed and expanded with new plot lines and modernised dialogue. The current build is v1.0.2 and runs on Windows in English. The game contains explicit sexual content tied to its thematic focus on power dynamics, bodily transformation, and various forms of control, so it is for players seeking those specific elements rather than for anyone browsing broadly.
Developer's description
This is a complete version of the game The Spooktacular Hospital by Jossan. Normally, I don’t advise taking over dead projects, but as it’s been three years since Jossan has logged into this site and this project is a relatively simple one, I feel it’s justified in this case. I tried to keep the original spirit and style in tact as much as possible apart form some modern dialogue formatting.
This version finishes off all plot lines as well as adding a few more. I hope you all enjoy it and happy Halloween!
